What is Pulse?

Pulse is a developer intelligence platform that turns your GitHub activity into polished changelogs, public roadmaps, feedback collection, notifications, and announcements. It connects to your repositories and automatically generates updates so your users always know what you're shipping.

How do I connect my GitHub repo?

After creating a project in Pulse, go to your project settings and click "Connect GitHub." You'll authorize Pulse to access the repositories you select via GitHub OAuth. Once connected, Pulse begins syncing commits, pull requests, and releases to generate changelog entries and power other features.

What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes 1 project with unlimited changelog and roadmap entries, 10 feedback submissions per month, in-app notifications, 3 active announcements, public hosted pages, and full GitHub repo integration. No credit card required.

How does billing work?

Pro plans are billed monthly at $100 per project. You can start with a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Can I self-host Pulse?

Pulse is currently available as a hosted service only. Self-hosting is not supported at this time. We're evaluating self-hosted and on-premise options for enterprise customers. If this is important to you, please reach out to support@g8n.ai to let us know.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest. We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security policies, and authentication is handled via secure OAuth flows. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I embed the widget in my app?

Add a single script tag to your application. The widget uses Shadow DOM for complete style isolation, so it won't interfere with your existing CSS. Check the Widget Guide for the embed code and configuration options.
